Camera-ready Form Submission Deadline: September 23, 2013

You must complete all the following steps by Sep. 23, 2013
otherwise your paper may not appear in the proceedings.

	Step 1
	Early Registration for Conference

Your paper will only be included in the proceedings if you early register for the conference before September 23, 2013.
Please note that Early Registration closes on September 23, 2013. At least one author of each accepted paper should register to the conference by September 23, 2013 and one registration covers on paper only.

	Step 2
	Preparation of the Camera-ready Form

The authors whose paper accepted by ISR 2013 should be submitted the Camera-ready Form by September 23, 2013 via the conference website.
If you would like to revise your paper, make sure that your paper conforms to the format stated in the template;

	Step 3
	Create an IEEE Xplore Compatible PDF

We will only accept your camera-ready form as an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF. Use PDFeXpress to either certify your PDF as compatible or to create a compatible PDF. Enter ISR13x for the Conference ID when you login in the IEEE PDFeXpress site.
Whether you use it to create or successfully check a PDF, PDFeXpress will return a PDF with a certification. This certification can be viewed by opening the PDF in a reader, and viewing the file properties from the File menu. If you use PDFeXpress to create the PDF - do check that it appears as you expect, and in particular special symbols and equations appear

	Step 4
	Upload the Camera-ready Form

- Whether you use PDFeXpress to create or successfully check a PDF, PDFeXpress will return a PDF with a certification.
This is the PDF file you must upload.
- The submission system will only accept a PDF file.
- All papers MUST BE submitted on-line using the link below.

1	Create your ID and PW. (which is you created with your FIRST paper submission)
2	Please click the ‘Camera-ready Form Submission / Status’ menu on the top. Your paper in converted PDF File via on-line program NO LATER THAN Sep. 23, 2013.
3	Next, In order to publish your paper in the proceedings, we must receive your copyright form NO LATER THAN Sep. 23, 2013. After submitting the paper, please download the copyright form paper submission/status check page E-mail or Fax a scanned copy of the form including your hand written signature to Email(isr2013@isr2013.org) or Fax(+82-42-472-7459). (IEEE policy requires that you send us a signed copyright form for each paper. Without this form, we can NOT publish** your article.)
4	After your camera-ready form submission, you will receive the confirmation letter from the ISR 2013 Secretariat including your paper number and the other specific information by email. If you do not receive it within a week after your camera-ready form submission, please do not hesitate to contact us (isr2013@isr2013.org).
