Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Requests to change conference registration and cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to the ICHSEA 2019 secretariat.
• Please note that refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.
※ In case the tour you reserved is cancelled, due to the small number of participants, your ticket fee will be refunded during
the conference.
