The time limit for each presentation is 20 minutes and this includes; |
1) 15 minutes for the presentation itself, and 2) 5 minutes for Q&A |
All presenters are requested to report their attendance to the Session Chair at least 5 minutes prior to the commencement of the session. A LCD projector and a computer with Windows OS, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader installed will be available in every session room for regular presentations. For presenters, please kindly bring your presentation saved on a USB memory stick and load your presentation on the computer 15 minutes prior to the session. |

Please note that posters remaining after the session will be discarded. Hence, please ensure to take your posters away once the session is finished. |

The poster size shall be limited to 0.9m in width and 1.5m in height. Poster number will be placed on the top of each poster board to help presenters easily find the designated spot. Adhesive tapes will be available within the poster presentation area for effective setting. For poster presentation, it is required that poster presenters be present next to the poster board during the session for questions and discussions which may be requested by prospective participants.
