In order to reserve the most comfortable stay while attending the ICPE 2015-ECCE Asia, we provide a hassle-free procedure in making a reservation for your accommodation.
On-line hotel Reservation will be available from Feb. 1, 2015.
Hotel Reservation Deadline : May 15, 2015
Please take the following steps to make your hotel reservation.

Log in with your ID and PW.
Please click the [On-line Reservation] button provided.
Complete the reservation form.
Fax (+82-42-472-7459) or email (hotel@icpe2015.org) the reservation form with card information.
After filling out the Hotel Reservation Form, Please print out ‘Reservation Completed’ page, then send it to the ICPE 2015-ECCE Asia Secretariat by fax (+82-42-472-7459) or email (hotel@icpe2015.org) with your credit card information to guarantee the reservation. (Payment should be made by the participant directly to the hotel when you check-out)
You will receive the confirmation letter from the ICPE 2015-ECCE Asia Secretariat including your reservation number and the other specific information by E-mail.
If you do not receive the confirmation letter within a week after your hotel reservation, please contact us on hotel@icpe2015.org or +82-42-472-7464.
