Final Manuscript Submission
Important: You must complete all the following steps by March 30, 2015April 10, 2015 otherwise your paper may not appear in the proceedings.
Step 1. Pre-Registration for Conference
Your manuscript will only be included in the proceedings if you pre-register for the conference before March 25, 2015. April 10, 2015 A regular registration will permit you to present one (1) accepted paper.
*Note: You can find the button for final manuscript submission on on-line system after author registration.
Step 2. Preparation of the Final Manuscript
Authors of accepted digest will be required to submit a final manuscript should be strictly no fewer than 6 pages, and preferably no more than 8 pages in length for publication in the conference proceedings by March 30, 2015April 10, 2015
Step 3. Using IEEE PDF eXpress for the final submission for accepted papers
IEEE PDF eXpress has been enabled for use by conference authors and personnel.
Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at www.pdf-express.org
Click on the link "New Users - Click Here" and fill in your information.
*The Conference ID for ICPE 2015-ECCE Asia is “33862X”.
Step 4. Upload the Final Manuscript
The on-line submission system will only accept a PDF file.
All papers must be submitted on-line using the link below.
Step 1
Log-in with your ID and password.
(which is you created with your digest submission)
Step 2
Please click the “Final Manuscript Submission” menu on the top. Your manuscript in PDF File via on-line paper submission no later than March 30, 2015April 10, 2015
Step 3
After your manuscript submission, you will receive the confirmation letter from the ICPE 2015-ECCE Asia Secretariat including your manuscript number and the other specific information by e-mail.
If you do not receive it within a week after your submission, please feel free to contact us (icpe2015@icpe2015.org).
Copyright Transfer Form
Authors are required to submit the copyright transfer forms for KIPE.
KIPE will own the copyright and the copyright form of manuscript which is submitted for ICPE 2015-ECCE Asia.
The submitted Final Manuscript will be published in the USB Conference Proceedings, and IEEE Xplore .
