All registrations must be completed on website, and it will be confirmed after full payment has been received at online registration system. (All deadlines are based on Korean Time, GMT+9hrs)
Registration for Authors
  1. Authors who would like to submit their manuscript are required to register before March 25, 2015  April 10, 2015. When authors submit their manuscript(s), they will be asked to enter their registration number that will be issued after completing the registration.
  2. For the papers to be included in the program, each paper must have one Regular Rate registration completed by one of the authors, regardless of the author’s academic status or the number of other accepted papers.
  3. A full registration fee will cover 1 paper. If you would like to submit two or more papers, the student registration fee will be charged for each additional paper by the same author.
  4. Each paper accepted must be presented at the conference for the paper to be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
Registration for Participation
Those who wish to attend the Conference are urged to register before April 30, 2015 to obtain the early-bird registration fee and asked to apply using the online registration. The deadline for online registration is May 15, 2015. Any registration forms received by our office after this date will not be processed until you arrive at ICPE 2015-ECCE Asia.

  1. Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration form.
  2. Accompanying persons are limited to the participants' family members only.
  3. For student / Spouse: To join the banquet, the banquet ticket should be purchased. Please note that seat availability of the Banquet is limited and sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
  4. All registrants are welcomed to participate in the special social program, “Night of Seoul”. You can experience the friendly atmosphere of Seoul. (Participation fee: USD 30). A limited number of tickets may be available for purchase during the conference registration period. These are subject to seats being availability and on a first come first served basis.

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from ICPE 2015-ECCE Asia Secretariat including your registration number and other information regarding the registration via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat on reg@icpe2015.org.
Visa Application
Invitation letters will be sent to all participants who request them, but you must first register for the congress and complete payment. Notarized letters can also be sent thus, please contact the Registration Secretariat via email at reg@icpe2015.org in case you require an official letter of invitation to attend the conference.

Cancellation
  • - Requests to change conference registration must be made in writing and to be emailed to the secretariat.
  • - For cancellations, the written request of cancellation should be sent to the conference secretariat till April 1, 2015.
  • - The refund deducted administration charge of KRW 100,000 will be made after the conference.
