All authors are required to upload their submissions to the conference website (www.coin2014.org). Please prepare your paper in both PDF format and MS Word for the submission.
The deadline for submission of the paper is April 10, 2014 May 9, 2014. Notification of acceptance of the paper will be sent via an e-mail to the corresponding author by middle of June.

The submitted paper will either be accepted or rejected based on technical merits evaluated by peer reviewers. The accepted paper might be reassigned to an oral or poster presentations of appropriate topical session at the discretion of program committee.

All submission should be in the form of a two-page-long camera ready paper in PDF file.
The two-page paper must be prepared on A4-size page, typed single-spaced and double-columned. The title of the paper, author's name, affiliation, complete return address and country must appear at the top of the first page, followed by a 50-word abstract, clear table, line drawings, and photographs can be included. It is recommended to use the template available from our website. Note that our template is basically based on the IEEE template. (to refer IEEE Template)
