The registration fees for the COIN 2014 are as follows

* At least one author of each accepted paper should register to the Conference
  by Pre- Registration deadline (July 25, 2014) to include the paper in the program.

- Credit card payment is available on-line only.
- To complete the on-line payment, your credit card should be enrolled to the Visa 3D Secure for safe usage
- of the credit card. Please read ‘3D Secure Manual’ before proceed.

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from COIN 2014 Secretariat including your registration number and other information regarding the registration via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the Secretariat on reg@coin2014.org or +82-42-472-7459 (fax).
Receipt
The receipt issued by COIN 2014 will be distributed at the Conference venue.
If you need the receipt in advance, please contact the Secretariat on reg@coin2014.org.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- For cancellations of your registration, a written request must be sent to the Conference Secretariat by
- July 31, 2014.
- Please note that refund will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable
- as specified below

Letter of Invitation
An official invitation letter will be sent by the General Chair of the COIN 2014 upon request. This invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must complete the registration process first.
