| In order to reserve the most comfortable stay while attending the COIN 2014, we provide a hassle-free procedure in making a reservation for your accommodation. |

Please take the following steps to make your hotel reservation.

Please click the [On-line Reservation] button provided. |
| 2. |
Log in with your ID and PW. |
| 3. |
Click the [Hotel Reservation] button. |
| 4. |
Complete the reservation form. |
| 5. |
Fax (+82-42-472-7459) the reservation form with card information. |

After filling out the hotel reservation form online, please print out the Reservation Completed page, then send it to the a COIN 2014 secretariat by fax(+82-42-472-7459) with your credit card information to guarantee the reservation. (Payment should be made by the participant directly to the hotel when you check-out)

You will receive the confirmation letter from the COIN 2014 Secretariat including your reservation number and the other specific information by E-mail.

If you do not receive the confirmation letter within a week after your hotel reservation, please contact us on reg@coin2014.org |
