Technical Tour
IEEE WHC 2013 will have a free technical tour visiting outstanding research institutes in Daejeon, Korea on April 18[Thu.] (The next day after the conference is over).
An English spoken staff accompanies the participants from the venue for the day. Advanced reservation via online program is strongly encouraged. (Reserved participants will have priority). Also, admission to the tour is free of charge, but places are strictly limited and 50 participants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
The technical tour is FULLY BOOKED!
For this reason, the conference registration process
will not allow further pre-booking for technical tour!
Preliminary Schedule

11:30 - 12:00  KAIST (Campus Tour)
12:00 - 13:30  Lunch (it will be provided at faculty club, KAIST.)
13:30 - 15:00  KAIST Lab. Tour
15:00 - 15:30  Return to Daejeon Convention Center
Tour Information
Since its foundlobal IT research institute, has been making its immense effort to provide Korea a remarkable growth in the field of IT industry. As the national metrology institute (NMI) of Korea, KRISS has been assigned to conduct missions to promote the industrial competitiveness of Korea by advancing measurement standards, science, and technologies in ways that enhance the nation’s economic performance and secure a better quality of life for all.
