Information for Final Camera-Ready Paper Submission

All accepted papers will be published in the full proceedings of IEEE World Haptics Conference, which will be distributed on USB at the conference. They will also be made available on-line through in IEEE Xplore. In addition, a printed conference digest that shows short abstracts and images will be distributed at the conference. Hence, the authors of accepted papers are requested to prepare and upload the following files:

(1) A final version of your paper (pdf) for the online proceedings and IEEE Xplorer
NOTE: Please be sure to use the latest templates (download latex template or MS word template;see here for further information). Some old templates may cause inconsistency in the final output.

(2) An abstract (100 words; txt format) and an image (square aspect ratio, minimum 900x900 pixels; jpg or gif format) for the conference digest (see an example for how they will appear in the abstract digest).

(3) An accompanying video for the online proceedings (optional; size smaller than 50 MB). This video will also be made available in IEEE Xplore. It is also recommended to submit two additional text files, readme and summary. The readme file should include an overall description of the objects, multimedia player information, and author contact information. The summary file should describe the contents or value of the video in 5 sentences or fewer, which will help IEEE Xplore users to make downloading decisions.

(4) A best student paper nomination form, if the first author was a student when the work reported in your paper was done and you would like to nominate your paper for Best Student Paper Award (optional; download the form)

Submission of all of the above can only be done using PaperPlaza. The due date is January 25, 2013. Late submissions will not be included in the conference program or proceedings.
