The Organizing Committee of IEEE WHC 2013 is pleased to offer a wide selection of hotels with discounted rates near the venue (Daejeon Convention Center). Please note that the special discounted rate can be provided only when you make a reservation through this website. As rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis, once room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may not be able to secure further rooms with the hotels at the special rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended. |

How to Make Hotel Reservation |

Hotel Reservation Due Date: March 30, 2013
Participants can make a hotel reservation through On-line hotel reservation system.
Fill out the reservation form and fax it to secretariat with the credit card information, your card information is only for the room guarantee of the reservation.
All the payment will be made when you check out by yourself and in a way you want by cash (Korean won or US dollar) of by credit cards. The confirmation letter will be sent to you within a week. If you have problem with On-line hotel reservation, please contact the Secretariat of IEEE WHC 2013 by e-mail at hotel@haptics2013.org. |

All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be obtained by booking through the Secretariat of IEEE WHC 2013, and any changes in booking must be informed in writing to the Secretariat of IEEE WHC 2013, NOT directly to the hotel. |

Hotel reservation should be made until March 30, 2013 Room booking and changes made after March 30, 2013 cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to room availability. |

Standard check-in time of (14:00) and check-out time of (12:00) apply to all hotels. Please note that requests for early check-in and late check-out must be made in writing to the Secretariat of IEEE WHC 2013 at hotel@haptics2013.org in advance. However, this may cause additional one night charge depending on room availability. |

| Please take the following steps to make your hotel reservation. |

Log in with your ID and PW. |
| 3. |
Click the ‘Hotel Reservation’ button. |
| 4. |
Complete the reservation form. |
| 5. |
Fax(+82-42-472-7459) the reservation form with card information. |

After filling out the hotel reservation form online, please print out the Reservation Completed page, then send it to the IEEE |

WHC 2013 Secretariat by fax(+82-42-472-7459) with your credit card information to guarantee the reservation. |

(Payment should be made by the participant directly to the hotel when you check-out) |

You will receive the confirmation letter from the IEEE WHC 2013 Secretariat including your reservation number and the other |
