Don't Miss the Fun—Apply to be a Student Volunteer!
World Haptics 2013 needs student volunteers in Daejeon, Korea! Apply today!

We are looking for a group of twenty enthusiastic and reliable students who wants to help us for a successful conference in collaborative spirit. As a student volunteer, you will get 50%discount for the WHC 2013 registration fee.

Student volunteer assignments include session rooms, assisting at session room, registration or materials pickup, line management, supporting information desks, helping during the awards ceremony, exhibit hall tracking, social function ticket collection, and more.
APPLYING AS A STUDENT VOLUNTEER
We encourage students from a range of disciplines and nationalities to apply so we can form a diverse and exciting group! Please send your application via e-mail to Secretariat (secretariat@haptics2013.org). Feel free to ask for further details from the same!

The application should cover at least the following things:
• Your name, Nationality, and contact information (e-mail, phone)
• University, degree program, discipline/major
• Advisor’s name and e-mail
• English skills and other relevant skills
• Experience in attending or acting as astaff in other conferences, or some other relevant events
• T-shirt size and possible dietary requirements or restrictions regarding the schedule, accommodation or other
  practical matters
The deadline for submitting applications is on March 15, 2013. Notifications of acceptance will be sent out on March 25, 2013. Early submission of the application is encouraged. Also, do not be discouraged if you apply close to or after the deadline.
