 Oral Presentation

The authors of papers accepted for oral presentation are asked to bring powerpoint (or pdf) slides and present their research in a podium presentation.
We will prepare a computer for presentation, and authors are encouraged to use the conference computer for presentation, to avoid wasting time switching between personal laptops.
To avoid software compatibility problems (MS Powerpoint), speakers are advised to save their Powerpoint presentation on a USB memory stick AND bring a backup version of their presentation.
Oral presentation is 15 minutes (12 minute talk + 3 minute Q/A and switching of presenter).
Files should be uploaded to the local PCs in the session room during the breaks between the sessions.
Speakers should arrive in the session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their sessions to report to the session chair. A proctor will also be available in case you need technical assistance.
 Posters

Each poster will be assigned a panel, which has its own paper’s number, at the conference. The authors can identified the their paper's number at the PaperPlaza.
Panels will be ready for setup on Sunday, April 14, 13:00-18:00, and Monday, April 15 starting at 9:00. All posters should be cleaned up and removed by 18:00 on Wednesday, April 17.
Basically, poster authors are welcome to present their posters at all poster and demo sessions, and it is compulsory to present at the designated core time. You can check the core time here.
If a poster paper is associated with a demonstration, the poster will be collocated with the demonstration.
We do not specify the poster format, but each poster should include the paper title, authors, affiliation, and paper number and must fit within a 0.9m x 1.2m space.
Poster authors are assigned time to make a very brief (60 second) presentation in the spotlight sessions, as described here, to increase the visibility of their work and attract conference attendees to their poster.
At the beginning of each spotlight session the presenters for that session will line up near the podium in the order given beforehand. Each presenter will step to the podium in turn as the session chair advances the teaser slides.
Authors should make a one-page powerpoint slide for teaser presentation and upload it by March 30, 2013. The upload form, detailed formatting requirements, presentation instructions, and suggestions for teaser slides can be found here.
 Demo Presentation

Each demonstration will be assigned a space at the conference. The space will include a table, chairs, electrical power, and poster board (1800mm x 1800mm).
The demonstration space will be open for setup on Sunday, April 14, 13:00-18:00, and Monday, April 15 starting at 9:00. All demonstrations should be cleaned up and removed by 18:00 on Wednesday, April 17.
